The second Battlecry @ WPI offseason was held at Worcester Polytechnic Institute on June 23, 2001. Each team played six qualifying matches for a total of 45. Instead of the usual Diabolical Dynamics game, a modified two-on-two version was played with a yellow alliance and a blue alliance, two balancing bridges, and the ability for each alliance to stop their own clock and disable their robots during a match.
