Delahunt made a speech to House of Representatives commending FIRST the day before, having been introduced to FIRST at Rumble at the Rock the year before[2]. The playing field was scaled down and all matches were one-on-one. Woodie Flowers was the emcee and there was a live DJ and announcers[1].
